Had a great debrief about staff concerns and how to manage people’s personalities – thought refer to ‘powers of influence!’
The girls did a great job at the regional meeting – well done!
September 3rd presentation: We will break down the power-point into the e5 domains – Each domain there will 5 key words to help create a strategy framework for schools to implement e5 model and allowing it to be successful in integrating into teaching practice. 3 -layers –
domains describe what the effective teacher does
capabilities – what a teacher does in the room to put all the knowledge and into place in the classroom
YOU – level – where You fit into the domains and capabilities.
